DESIGN, TECHNOLOGY & QUALITY

The first step in the product-development process is communication: understanding fully the requirements of our customers. And because we execute all processes entirely in-house, we are able to maintain that same level of communication from initial conception to finished product.

KAWAJUNʼs motto for product development is: “Produce something the world has never seen.” This principle is the driving force of the company, which holds more than 600 pending patents and utility model designs and continues to file new inventions every year.
We are also committed to shortening the developments cycle by maintaining a lean horizontal organization. Our emphasis on universal designs and lean operation has enhanced our ability to speedily introduce improvements and new functionalities in our products for the benefit of our customers.

MANUFACTURING, QUALITY ASSURANCE & DISTRIBUTION

The quantity of our products is one proof of KAWAJUNʼs commitment to customer satisfaction. That commitment also led us to create the Imaichi Technical Center, where we oversee all functions of manufacturing, quality assurance and distribution. This intelligent production center helps us not only to perfect processes to achieve quality and speed, but also to manufacture small volume products flexibly to satisfy diverse, individualize market segments. KAWAJUN has applied the same policy to its technical center in China, where our products are shipped only after through quality inspections. We will continue to expand our domestic and global sourcing coverage in order to improve our competitiveness in both quality and cost.[:]
